Schools of the Future

Education for the 21st Century

The classroom design is an antiquated system of rows and columns. Since the industrial revolution and the world wars, public education has been focused on building an efficient workforce through efficient means.

The standardized environment has survived through the years. But as we move forward, we need to take a look at what will help develop our students in new and innovative ways.

With a framework provided by the World Economic Forum's Schools of the Future (Read More), we will explore what schools are doing to change the educational landscape.

Since each series is a wide range of undertakings, we have broken them down into a format of seasons and episodes. Below are the eight seasons for Schools of the Future.

Season 2:

Innovation and Creativity

With a shifting workforce, we have to find ways to remain relevant through innovation.

Season 3:

Technology Skills

The digital world is only becoming more common. To survive down the road, we must teach students to work and grow with technology in a healthy way.

Season 2:

Personalized Learning

The standardized environment can often hinder student progress. What would it look like if we personalized learning for our students?

Season 3:

Accessible Learning

Learning can be done beyond the classroom, and we can look to ways to make education reach a wider population.

Season 8:

Lifelong Learning

Education should stay with us on a lifelong timeline. To grow is to be human, and we should have the opportunity to refine our skills and knowledge.
